Welcome to Charlotte Youth Alive—a movement where young people from every walk of life gather with one purpose: to lift up the name of Jesus and make His love known. Here, youth are not just spectators; they are leaders, worshipers, storytellers, and servants who bring their authentic selves and their God-given gifts to the table.
Our heart is to create a safe, uplifting, and Spirit-filled environment where every young person feels seen, supported, and empowered. Whether through praise and worship, testimonies, prayer, or simple moments of connection, we aim to nurture the spiritual, emotional, and social growth of every participant.
At Charlotte Youth Alive, we believe in equipping the next generation—teaching them to lead with love, serve with humility, and walk boldly in their faith. As they build friendships, share their stories, and encounter God together, they discover that they are part of something bigger than themselves: a community of believers committed to living out the gospel in real and meaningful ways.
Together, we cultivate growth, foster lifelong friendships, and raise up a generation of young believers who are passionate about loving Jesus and shining His light wherever they go.

Our team is excited to create spaces where young people can worship and grow together in Spirit and in Truth. They spearheaded this effort, but they are truly behind the scenes allowing the youth to pave the way forward guiding them with the word of God.

Brendan Dailey
Brendan enjoys working on his goals, challenging hisself daily, and living life to the fullest. He is Big on Jesus! Serving in ministry is something Brendan is very passionate about. He also loves spending time with family and friends.

Monica is a wife mother and lover of worship and praise. She has a heart to see all but especially the youth, commit their lives to the true and living God!

Ciara is a fearless mom to her son and daughter, cheering them on for every milestone they will experience. She is a disciple making disciples in creative spaces that are purposeful for children and youth to see themselves as the Most High God sees them."

01 HOLD SPACE- our goal is to listen to the youth in our community and provide safe places for them to live out their faith- together with likeminded believers.
02 ENCOURAGE CREATIVITY- the voice of our youth is critical in the survival of our churches. They are vibrant and expressive, just like we were. We evolve. We encourage them to bring their talent and gifts as a offering of praise and worship.
03 CREATE OPPORTUNITY- how can we expect the next generation to lead if we do not give them the chance. If we are to be the example we have to allow our youth to practice and prepare in a positive environment. Then, watch them shine!
04 UPLIFT AND PRAY- after we've created the environment, motivated them to live out their faith and given them the room to do so, we lift them up in prayer as we continue to live out our own purpose and unite with like minded believers who are called according to His purpose. IYKYK.
